01 Complementary expertise

Four worlds.
One collective.

Four worlds. One shared ambition. Projects often need several areas of expertise: we make them work together, not just alongside each other.

  • Imagine.

    UX/UI & Product

    Useful, intuitive, memorable experiences.

  • Build.

    Tech & Engineering

Robust, high-performing solutions built to last.

  • Reveal.

    Data & Analytics

    Data turned into actionable decisions.

  • Explore.

    AI intelligence

New possibilities, from automation to generative AI.

02 Independence

Freedom is
our DNA.

IWethe I stays.

Being freelance means choosing your projects, your pace and how you work. We respect that choice. Joining the collective does not mean disappearing behind a brand.

  • Your status stays yours.
  • No empty promises.
  • Direct, transparent communication.

Your independence stays yours. Our ambition is collective.

03 Our approach

Good people.
Great projects.

We look beyond CVs to select the expertise and personalities that will make a difference to your projects.

  1. 01

    Listen.

Understand your challenges, expectations and constraints before discussing expertise.

  2. 02

    Select.

A human selection process that looks beyond CV keywords to experience and ways of working.

  3. 03

    Bring together.

Combine complementary expertise, sometimes several disciplines for one project.

You don’t have to be alike to move forward together.

04 Our view on AI

Humanfirst.AI powered.

Technology accelerates us. People set us apart.

AI is part of our work and our toolkit, and our experts know how to use it. But expertise is more than data: curiosity, judgement and creativity remain human. Here, people choose people.

Powered by technology. Driven by people.

Let's make it big.
